Este post é sobre humilhação e as consequências que este tipo de bullying pode trazer.
Devemos frisar que há uns tempos atrás era mais praticada pelas raparigas do que pelos rapazes, até pela situação dos rapazes serem mais fisicos e das raparigas serem mais psicóticas no seu bullying.
Mas como começa esta situação? Tal como todas as situações de bullying não quer dizer que efectivamente exista algo que leve o predador a caça determinada presa, embora possa existir algo que despolete esta situação, não significa que seja uma reacção a uma acção.
As situações mais comuns, e devemos ter em conta que são sempre em grupo , têm a haver com gozar com o cabelo ou aparência, roupa, peso, hálito, boas notas, más notas, grupo de amigos e mesmo até gozar com a familia da vitima.
Como já devem ter compreendido pelas razões mais vulgares a situação do peso afecta qualquer rapariga em crescimento e memso que seja mentira, que a victima não seja muito gorda nem demasiado magra é quase certo que levará a situações de disturbios alimentares, auto-flagelação, disturbios psicologicos e eventualmente a suicidio.
Não vou nunca utilizar nomes verdadeiros neste blog de ajuda, não é necessário que ao partilharem as vossas experiencias o façam apesar de ser algo seguro.
Deixo-vos a historia de "Alice" e de "Mariana". Tanto uma como outra eram gozadas por terem peso a mais, sofriam exactamente o mesmo tipo de abusos e maus tratos, a diferença é que "Alice" teve o apoio dos amigos, não havia redes sociais e ela tinha outras actividades para além da escola. "Alice" é uma sobrevivente mas "Mariana" não.
O que as separa são dez anos de modificções sociais, culturais, muita informação, redes sociais, alteração de valores... Tanto "Alice" como "Mariana" escondiam o que se passava dos pais, a primeria porque tinha uma situação de abuso em casa e portanto não ia ter o apoio que queria, aliás a situação de ser gozada pelo peso também acontecia em casa ; a segunda não tinha qualquer ligação com os pais que não fosse o facto desdes lhe darem dinheiro e tudo o que ela queria.
"Mariana" suicidou-se. O Bullying era violento, cruel, escalou para ciberbullying até a levar ao seu ponto de ruptura. "Mariana" tinha milhares de "amigos" no facebook, "Alice" tinha cinco amigas, valeram-lhe mais cinco amigas de carne e osso do que milhares de caras descolhecidas no facebook.

This post is about humiliation and the consequences that this type of bullying can bring.
We must think that some time ago this humiliation at school was practiced more by girls than by boys. We could even think that boys are more physical and girls were more psychotic in their bullying.
But is this the truth? Like all bullying situations does not mean that the perpetrator doesnt have some kind off a trigger that makes him to be determined to became the predator and hunting a prey, although there may be something else that triggers that does not mean it is allways a reaction to an action.
The most common situations, and we must bear in mind is that are always groups.
This group have to do fun of there pairs in order to feel in control so hay make fun off there hair or appearance, clothes, weight, breath, good grades, bad grades, a group of friends and even to enjoy to make fun off  the family of the.
As you have understood the most common reason is  weight and affects the so mush the situation that any girl growing , even that is a lie, could became a victim and is not only if she is too fat nor too thin, but is almost certain that she will have to lead to situations of eating disorders, self-harm, disturbance psychological and possibly suicide.
I will not never use real names in this blog, is not necessary, but if you wont to share your experiences please be free to do as you wont.
I leave with you the story of "Alice" and "Mariana." Both of them were taken is overweight girls by there bullies and had suffered exactly the same kind of abuse and mistreatment, the difference is that "Alice" had the support of her friends, no social networks, and she had other activities beyond the school. "Alice" is a survivor but "Mariana" is not.
What separates them is ten years of social modifications , cultural changes, lots of information, social networks, changing of moral values ​​... Both "Alice" and "Mariana" had hid what was going on there parents, mostly because they both had an abusive situation at home and therefore would not have the support they wanted, in fact the situation of being humiliated because of there wight was also happened at home, and also "Mariana"had no connection with her parents who were not from the fact that money and given to her regularly as much as everything that she wanted.
"Mariana" committed suicide. The Bullying was violent, cruel, escalate to ciberbullying and finally lead her  to the breaking point. "Mariana" had thousands of "friends" on Facebook, "Alice" had five friends. In the end the five friend prove to be more than the "Mariana´s" Facebook additions .
